arguably, all if us being in this forum,are all fanboys, so I think we need to all settle down a bit, we are attacking each other over random shit, which I find odd, considering that in my eyes, DT fans should be a bit more lax. now I'm no scientist or albumologist (yes, i just made this word up) but those of you who wish to dl the album and wait for the possibility of the box set down the road, dont you think that will hurt the sales impact that this album may make? i mean who knows, if it takes off and all of us get behind it, it could really help Devin get some kudos he so rightfully deserves then later on down the track, we may get more than just a box set to hope for

Just like Leechy said somewhere, buying the album will help soundscan ratings a bit, and that can be deciding factor when organising shows in various places (because that's one of the more important factors for the label when deciding what to do with live shows, isn't it?). Waiting fuck knows how long with buying albums won't help with that I think. I'm ordering mine as soon as it will be available - I suspect box set will be available in some uncomfortably distant future.

Exactly. And also consider the box set was first declared back on Wednesday, March 18th. That's a long time ago. Since then the four albums in 2009 plan has changed, and will be extended long into 2010 for Deconstruction and the Fourth album. There is now plans for a tour, not only in America and Canada, but over here in Europe, and possibly into Asia and Australia before 2010 is out. Basically, there seems to be a lot more on the plate now than there was when the thing was announced. I wouldn't be expecting it to show up until about this time next year at the earliest.

Basically, fuck sake everyone, fanboy up and buy the damn CD. And another one for your ugly sibling or significant other. But seriously. It's probably gonna cost about 10 - 15 quid. I know with exchange rates and global recession and shit alright it could be expensive but wait it out until you can get it for a price you're willing to pay and then buy it. Every one bought gives the guy a better financial standing, gives him more touring prospects, gives him more money to make the shows awesome, gives him more money to buy swankier gear to make everything sound better for us. This has been one of the most excited hypes around any album I've ever seen, so why not all of us glue our eyeballs to the computer until this evening and then pre-order like mothafuckas until their eBay account can't take it and Tracy is shaking in her boots about the prospect of posting all dem CDs.
