:P

Anyway, talk is harmless and I doubt people will start posting links if Addicted does leak.

I'm snagging it, but like a few others waiting for the boxset. I can't say thats cheap because I've bought so much shit directly from HDR so many times over the years (sometimes even mailing cash).

There are other albums to listen to. I'm quite happy with The Pineapple Thief - 12 Stories Down myself.

Yeah, time for my annual obsession with Sir Millard Mulch songs.

Sir Millard Mulch is no longer around. He mutated into Dr. Zoltan Øbelisk.

That being said, another point in waiting for the release is you can explore and find new music during the gap. I like to be well rounded and have a big appetite for something new. For the person who posted about the "The Pineapple Thief", what would you say their best CD is? Was listening to them on myspace a bit ago and they have that whole progressive UK Radiohead/Porcupine Tree vibe going, at least what I picked up on first listen. Would like to check them out further. Here is an example where I will download the CD to check it out. If I like it, I will buy it. If not, it gets deleted. This is the one positive thing about the whole download era, you can explore your heart away finding new bands without breaking the bank. This is actually how I found Devin some 6 years ago. Back in the day, I used to blindly buy CDs. Some were good, some not. Now I can no longer afford to and have more "dud" CDs sitting around then "gems". Ok, enough with the rant ... These last 6 pages of posts are like beating a dead horse.

Haha, trust me I know. Carl added me to Facebook, and according to recent statuses he is working on the belated Dr.Zoltan album. Lalle Larsson is doing piano or something.

Hey Dev, are you going to open up to us about the lyrics of the album a bit more after the album is released? I'm really interested in what inspired the title track. :)

The whole 4 record series is a process of self discovery. Ki was the beginning, the fear, the quiet, hidden uncertainty...finding the strength to expose who you REALLY ARE. Not a contruct, not a metaphor, the strength to be confident with ALL you are, the brutality. the passion, the sexuality, the peace, the beauty, the HUMANITY. Ki was the life force.

Addicted is a state of euphoria that surrounds the realization that 'I'm totally fucked! I'm an addict!' ...to TONS of things. This isn't an album of answers as much as a submission to the facts. There's a HUGE refilef in realizing your own powerlessness to fight your own nature.

Deconstruction is the journey into your own devils. To expose what it is that haunts you. To use your own 'failures' as a way to help. The brutality that I am capable of executing musically has become an ally. The intention is to fight for something beautiful.

4th album: Something beautiful.

Such a great concept, not many musicians could delve into the theme so eloquently. Eager to hear what's ahead.

I can't wait for everything, to be honest.

Albums, EP's, videos, box set, dvd, tour... huge freakin thing !

Love every second of the waiting, even when it's actually not easy to wait.
