Addicted (The song) is heavier than I was expected from this album...not that i'm coplaining,it's damn awesome!

This song is such a surprise to me.

I was expecting it to be more balls to the wall dev-rock, and less dev-dance-rock.

The odd thing is, I love it. I think this style is going to be what the next 10 years of general pop-rock will sound like - utterly accessible on all levels.

Just on the off-chance, did the last 30 seconds of the track remind anyone else of 'Krusty's fun house' on the Mega Drive (or Genesis as the North American counterparts may call it), but tripped out on glue?

"Addicted" sounds epic. Hoping the rest of the album falls suit, as the teaser didn't thrill me.

Listen to it 20 more times and see if you've changed your mind. It grew on me.

Since Devin said "Bend It Like Bender" will be the first single from Addicted, I suspect the host selected one of the heavier songs so her metal audience would enjoy it.
