Eh, that's because when I was buying sushi in Paris there was a woman in front of me. The man trying to serve her the sushi had to say the words "Pardon madame" about fifty times before she decided to look away from her friend who she was arguing with and actually respond to him. She was the only very rude Parisian I encountered, there was also this really lovely tottery old lady who told me that my bread was lovely as we walked past her. "Votre pain est beau". How unusual. Anyway, shut up Orly.
