Vanilla yogurt and two cups of green tea. Yogurt and green tea has been my breakfast for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately after the morning ends I always switch to coffee. Should probably kick that habit. Besides, green tea has more caffeine than coffee.

1 dollar?! The only thing under 1 euro here (besides certain chocolate bars and candies) would be canned goods (mostly vegetable). The next best thing I can think of is beer which goes for about 1,15€ a bottle or 1,50€ for the cheap 0.5 litre shit beer.

It's instant ramen, dude. Or a small step up from it... in the instant noodle department.

Bet you Ramen is under a Euro.

I'm physically not able to eat food you're supposed to just add water to. Not even really really nice sauces.

I have some cheese here, "President" brie (cheap stuff). I'm eating it with nice soda bread. My little brother is cuddling me sleepily and eating pumpkin seeds, quorn sausage, rasher and grapes (with a fat supplement called Calogen, vitamin D drops, a multivitamin called Centrum, a vitamin D supplement called Osteocare and an indigestion drink called Movicol). Somehow, eating meals like this routinely has stopped the little guy from having over 100 epileptic seizures a day for the last four years. It's called the Ketogenic diet. It really is proof that all of the shit we eat does actually have a tremendous impact on our bodies.

Yep. If you like macaroni made with mature Scottish cheddar and a wee bit of mustard for an added tickle.
