Yeah im also hanging out bigtime, I remember the wait for Ki around the mixing time was killing me, always awaiting Dev's next post lol. Im sure the mixing is going well and is well underway, tweaking here n there, tad bit of eq to the bass drop here etc....

Well I will start by keeping this thread on-topic again.

I was just listening to the Resolve clip again and I have a couple of questions: Is the entire album distorted or will there be any clean-tone work? Also, will there be any progressive melodic stuff like Deep Peace or Away? Good lord those two tracks kick my ass.

Quite possible to have maybe one clean, chilling song... Anneke's on the record, so everything's possible, but it will be a surely rockin album in incredibly tasty, melodic sauce.

Progressive stuff was always his trademark. You can bet on it.... it will appear on the album, but I'm not sure if it's gonna be in "Deep Peace" and "Away" style.

We'll see through updates, what the shape of the album will be.

One thing for sure. You can expect the unexpected... It's Dev. His formulas are new and fresh and he got inventions, as always.

All I expect is music that moves me. I'd be disappointed if he went too progressive with it. I want to be able to listen to this album for the same reason I listen to drum and bass music, catchy, moving, driving, upbeat music.
