The Threat Signal was only 4 bucks, wouldn't have gotten it otherwise. And the Mnemic album has been on my wishlist (and MP3 player) for 2.5 years so it was about time :P

I've been meaning to get into Anathema for some time now - I just have no idea where to start. Any recommendations? I understand they've got the death vocals material and then have been doing a lot of clean vocals lately? I don't remember, but I'd be interesting in music with clean vocals quite a bit, as I've heard Anathema mentioned in the same sentence as Porcupine Tree and Opeth :D

*gasp!* Oh, I know! It's so good! Definitely one of those "Holy shit!" CD's. Such a pleasant surprise. Gavin Harrison is becoming a busy bee himself - not nearly as ubiquitous as Steven Wilson, but he's popping up and awful lot lately
