What system?

Dev - Deadhead

Nothing too fancy (hopefully I didn't get your hopes up). They're the S220 Speaker System from Logitech. Two satellites and a modestly-sized subwoofer. But for being only $25, and after living off laptop speakers for the past few years, they sound like heaven.

Oh I'm sure! haha.

Well I've been looking into upgrading from my Logitech 5.1 to a Klipsch ProMedia 2.1. I know its not an "upgrade" in a sense, but the sound quality is supposedly amazing on them from what my friend tells me.

It would seem that I've been in a real Opeth mood, wouldn't it?

Just got Terria and the Official Bootleg in the mail, so I'm digging through that right now.... Bird is poor, he can't afford all Dev's stuff :(

How would you describe Pain of Salvation? Would you recommend them :D

I keep hearing great things about them, and that I'd really groove on their stuff and things like that, but I haven't actually heard any material yet =/
Assuming I'm going to Prog. Nation this year, they'll be there.

They're brilliant once Gildenlow isn't doing his shouty/screamy voice. His clean vocals are awesome, the music is really awesome... I can't listen to them though because of his harsh vocals. They're bloody awful.

Now, I'd better run cos Zyprexa will give me a pasting when she reads this and BlueRaja will probably update me to Cretin 2.0.

Try their album BE, it's imo the album with the best story ever created. The production sounds fresh and tight. They know how to play their instruments.
There is nothing boring imo. Some songs are folky and it is really groovy and catchy. Definitely memorable.
