Mmmm...tea! My favourite! I drink so much of the stuff that folks have joked that if you cut me I would bleed tea. My friends also joke that the reason I named my daughter, Teagan, was b/c it has "tea" in it. For me, it is 2 or 3 16oz cups of strong black tea with milk/splenda every the morning. I used to buy PG Tips from a UK dry goods shop but then tried Tetley British Blend. I've found it to be a good North American substitute and way cheaper than the imported stuff. Through the day I drink iced green tea, though...either from bags (Lipton green tea with mandarin orange is yummy iced) or premade (Arizona's varieties or Lipton's) if I am short on time. I don't like tisanes though - "tea" that isn't actually made from tea leaves.

Forget bagged tea, loose leaf is the way to go. I buy my tea from the fine folks at Gong Fu: http://gongfu-tea.com/

Get yourself a good teapot/infuser and some quality loose leaf tea, you'll swear off the bagged stuff, trust me. A French Press works as a nice teapot/infuser as well...

I guess I prefer the bagged varieties out of laziness as much as anything. Can make tea with minimal effort...which is handy when brewing 2 or 3 travel mugs of it for work (the water at work is utterly foul) and trying to get a 3 yr old out the door, too. I'll keep the site in mind, though - the Prince of Wales I've had before is a nice blend so would like to try that one as a loose leaf.

It's funny...there has been new research that proves the health benefits of tea are completely eradicated with even a drop of milk added. *sigh* Even so, while I can drink it without milk, it just isn't the same comforting wonderful stuff to which I am hopelessly addicted.

Hmm, then I don't know what you were referring to. Dan Brown is the author of The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons, and the Illuminati and their symbols get a lot of attention in those books. One of the symbols is a pyramid, and then something of an eye or the sun, I'm not sure. Guess I was wrong anyway.

The books were better than the movies imo (I'm including the new Angels & Demons, even though it's not out yet), except their endings were always completely ridiculous.

The National Treasure movies are blatant rip-offs of them + Indiana Jones. Enjoyable with some popcorn, but not memorable or anything.

So uhh, tea. Yeah. Nice.
