Heh, and one last word on 10,000 days. Im not partial to Jambi and Rosetta Stoned fucking kills, but much evolution took place between the albums. Thats why I suggest it should have been an EP. Maybe my expectations were to high?

Faaip de Oiad, lost keys, then RS. lol it completes the trilogy of the birkenstock clad-doughnut eating-urine soaked-alien spooning-L Ron Hubbard lipped-pen losing-acid dropping-dirtyassbitchasshippie from RS.

Oh I getcha. Well, the next album will be brilliant - I have a feeling 8)
Technical is ok - as long as it's still understandable for the most part. I'll remember that, thanks for the recommendation. :D

Thanks islandinthesky, made me pick up 'The Unknown reality' again, dunno if I was gonna post this here or in the 'free will or fate', post, or the religion one, or maths and science one, but here's a taste... (funny how underlying things add up).

"The unknown reality, probable man, dreams, the spin of electrons, the blueprints for reality - all of these are intimately related.
Your daily personal lives are touched, are changed, are created from the interrelationships that exist among those phenomena. So, of course, your mass world is also affected. You have free will, and in a certain fashion it can be said to be dependent upon the nature of probabilities and the multidimensional behavior of electrons.

I'm going to look for the books you recommended me. There's a book shop here called Myopic books that has all sorts of hard to find shit.

I like the Theosophical Society bookshop, Amazon is good too.

Good stepping stone books -

Initiation - Elizabeth Haich

The Oversoul Seven trilogy - Jane Roberts

Supernatural - Graham Hancock

Currently reading 'We need to talk about Kevin' by Lionel Shriver. Quite gripping thusfar, although sometimes it's a little hard to follow due to too many big words in one sentence. Me not understand dem.

I heard an interview with her about that book on the radio once and they did an abridged serialisation. Pretty heavy stuff but it didn't raise much in the way of chuckles..

Anyone know a good fantasy novel series to read? I was going to do Robert Jordan, but apparently he NEVER kills off any characters.

The Gandalara Cycle - Randall Garrett & Vicki Ann Heydron
The Demon Princes or The Cadwal Chronicles - Jack Vance.

Zelazny's Amber series.
George RR Martin's Song of Ice and Fire series.
Mary's Gentle's Ash: A Secret History (was a series, now available in one long book)

Please do not ever read any Robert Jordan or David Eddings. Life is just too fucking short as it is, without wasting it on shit writing.

Only reason i was thinking about it is the last book that's coming out soon was done by Brendon Sanderson, who's awesome. But I don't think it's worth reading through 11 piles of shit to get to.

I've read some of the first book, "A Game Of Thrones". He kills off main characters ALL THE TIME. He also is stalling with the next book in the series while posting a blog about the New York Jets.

Right now I have Steven Brust's book one of The Viscount of Adrilankha. Any fans before I start it?

Also is Terry Brooks worth anything?

You have to remember he's gay, which prevents him from sticking any part of himself in a "hot oven".
