Current listening to Rush - Malignant Narcissism, because there's a commercial break during the Casino Royale broadcast.

Thanks!
I love MalNar!!! Before I die, I'd like to be able to play that song :D It sounds all fun and catchy, but if one sits down one day and decides ' wow, I'm going to sit here and learn Malignant narcissism today," it ... it just doesn't go down like that, I've tried

^ Bwahaha the thing is:
I do have one. That's my main instrument... so I really have no excuses now. Not being Geddy Lee is my downfall!!!

I... uhh... wow... WANT! I'm not a bass player, so I'm sure I'd be utter shite with a fretless but damn those things are cool. MalNar on guitar is fairly straight-forward.. we should jam together. 8)

Currently listening to Chinese women discussing... well, something exhilarating I'm sure. It's like a fscking henhouse in this office.

Hmm, that's odd, I would say usually quite the reverse is true.

Playing MalNar on a regular bass is like playing Skeksis on a xylophone. Sure, it might work but it's just not the same.

Yeah it's pretty wild. It sounds super slinky and bassy. Oh yeah, next time I'm in the Netherlands, I'll PM you - we'll jam

Very true. Except in the case of MalNar. And early Porcupine Tree

Listening to *drum roll* SATCH! The Extremist. I love this CD.

Damn, there goes that argument... I knew I should've picked a more obscure instrument than simply one that starts with an x.

Listening to Skeksis now, to find said xylophone... :)
