Bad news: Last.fm Radio will only be available to subscribers next week. With the exception of UK, US and Germany based people.
Subscription is 3 dollars, 3 euros or 1.5 pounds per month.

Suggestion: Pay in Pounds!
I just subscribed for a whole year for less than 20 euros, rather than 36 because I paid in pounds, not euros.

I didn't find a date on the Last.fm page either, but there's a tech-site I visit that said next week. Which would make sense, since next week also has the start of the month.

I don't know, I think it'd make sense to let the users get used to the idea for a while before implementing it. Anyway, I won't consider paying until this actually happens.
