I don't want to upset any Cradle fans but you have to admit the opportunity they had with Damnation and a Day was completely pissed away. What they did get out of the orchestra and choir was so far back in the mix it made Nothing Else Matters sound like Mozarts fucking Requiem.
Come on guys, give the man his orchestra. You won't regret it.
Man, Imagine an S+M style album in the Dev style. Christ dude just imagine Wrong Side, or Thalamus or Underneath the Waves with a Choir and Orchestral backing.
One disc of SYL, one of just DEVness from DTB, Physicist and the ambient works.
Ok that's it. I'm gonna go smoke some Salvia and listen to Signify and work out how I can raise the cash myself.
Just in case, you know what I mean?
Or maybe just dreaming about it will do the trick?
Either way, Orchestra or no, I know this album will be everything it needs to be. Because there's not many Dev albums that aren't.
Something like that - because as awesome as this CD is sounding, it would suck if something were to impede it's release!
