So my PC is being a faggot, and when I turn it on, it won't show me the Start button, the taskbar, any shortcuts, or anything. All it shows me is my cursor and my background. I opened up task manager, and it turns out Windows Explorer isn't running. So I try to get it to run, but it tells me that it can't find it. And if I restart in Safe Mode, I still get the same error. What should I do?

Something fucked your explorer.exe I guess. Google for "can't find explorer.exe" or something like this. Or/and try to scan your system with antimalware, like this dude here:

www.kubuntu.org :P

OK so what you should do:
After booting, press Ctrl+Alt+Del, go to the taskmanager, press "New task" and type "explorer.exe".
If it can't find the executable (you shouldn't need to type a path), look in C:\WINDOWS\ (If it's not there, I had a copy of it in C:\WINDOWS\System32\dllcache\, maybe you have too. Copy to C:\WINDOWS\).

Run a virus-scan! In case you don't have a virus scanner (you really should on a Windows machine), NOD32 is a good free one. Or AVG or Avast. Spyware/adware/malware scans also recommended.

If you still don't have your explorer.exe back, I don't think there's any other solution than getting a Windows CD, booting from it and repairing your installation.
