You can say that again. Who ever dreamed that getting an education and wanting to make good music would cost an arm and a leg... or your soul if you want to make a deal :x

Two buses leaving me standing at the bus stop in freezing temperatures because they were too full to stop. And then the bus company not even bothering to reply to my emailed complaint.

I think minus one celsius. I know that other places get colder than that, but I wasn't dressed for it and minus one IS cold for the south of England. AND it was windy.

Unfortunately the only other way of getting to work is to ride my bike in - and that would be even colder!

In fact - that also gets right on my nerves - I love my bike but it has an unfortunate way of not going into first gear sometimes, and it's only a 125 so it doesn't take off in second. So SO many embarrassing moments stuck at traffic lights or roundabouts rocking the damn thing back and forth kicking the gear lever, turning the air inside my helmet blue. And why is there always a crowd of people standing right there with nothing else to do but watch me suffer? I think I should get special dispensation so I can just go through on red lights. Problem solved!

^^ That sucks Stella , so sorry to hear that.

Maybe you should visit California - weather's nice here! :D Actually though, it's been a little weird here in the Bay Area, we've had high 60's and 70's F all week, strong and warm winds, clear skies.. really beautiful weather if it were late July or August. BUT IT'S JANUARY!!! What the hell?! It's like late summer up in this piece!
I hope Devin can enjoy the beautiful weather while in SoCal :)

Anyways,

really un-awesome, I almost hit a pedestrian with my car the other day. They were crossing a deserted street, late at night, whilst wearing all black. I didn't see them, it could've been a disaster. Luckily, it was not - I just looked like an idiot =[

Looks like some beginner-level ninjas.

Damn those amateur ninjas - won't they ever learn to wear reflective vests!

California does sound great - it's sunny here right now but still cold - and they're predicting storms for the UK this weekend. The closest I'm going to get to America for a while is Hooters in Nottingham (I'm leaving for there in about an hour)! But Nottingham won't be warm, sadly.

Seriously though - they win for being ninjas, and fail for almost getting killed by me!!

It's really nice here, but it doesn't mean shit if Devin tour here

This is true! But then California's a little closer to Canada - and the weather's good. Maybe it's more likely that Devin would tour there than here in the currently stormy UK. At any rate, I'd probably settle for a tan and never having to wear a ski jacket to work again - blasted thing makes me look like a pink hippo (although it does make me visible to traffic, even in the dark, so I guess it's a more sensible choice than Ninja outfits)!

Wow Stella - Do you just get cold really easily or something?

The other day I was walkign around with mny coat off cause I was boiling hahaha! :P

I do cheat though. Layers = win, espeically if you get get a thermal. :D

And pirates are more awesome than ninjas. Fact.

And hey, you never know. maybe Dev likes Stormy England than Sunny Cali...
