Talk about other artists here (even though they all rip off Meshuggah)

Porcupine Tree - Lightbulb sun

..which is a bit so and so...but two songs really moved me, She's moved on and Feel so low. Love the layered vocals.

Periphery got a new singer. I dont much care for his clean vocals, they sound like the douche from My Chemical Romance. But his growls are pretty good. I really hate that they wanted to go for a more "singing oriented sound"

I mean polyrhythmic metal with clean vocals over it, oh so different...But you have Tesseract doing it too and Tesseract seems to be doing it better because they dont overdo the cheezy cleans.

For anyone interested in new Periphery.

Those aren't the lyrics we're looking for! :)
Are you still working on deciphering?

Yessir. I gave the album a listen through yesterday (to be honest, I had totally forgotten about the "Crusty's" lyrics  ), so I think I'll go back and listen to those lyrics a bit harder. I got the drunken guy's intro. pretty well pinned down, but I think that's already taken care of...
