Talk about whatever you want to here, but stay correct

Sorry, I'm going to have to disagree with most of you. I've only heard the single but it's awful! Generic, soulless stuff (to my ears... good luck to you if you like it!). It sounds to me like an ad campaign where someone said "Let's get studio musicians in and make some noises that sound like Coldplay."

I really enjoyed the first couple of albums, but unfortunately I've gone right off Coldplay.

Actually I know only "Clocks", "Speed of sound" and that new one. With that I have to agree with Juz, older ones are OK, new one is meh. And has that shitty jumpy beat, which surely will be blaring from windows of some of my more obnoxious neighbours.

I'm actually pretty amazed that this Clocks thing sold so well - it's neither jumpy beat nor typical pop ballad, it's rather more spacey U2 or something. Never supposed such thing will be chart topping.

LOL!

Me trying to hear something good in the new song:

I love the internets.

But seriously, I'll reserve judgement on the rest of the album. I like Coldplay, despite recent disappointments, so I hope it's great.

Thank you.

For some reason that pic reminds me of The Curiosity Show:

Yep, didn't like X&Y at all but the first two albums are masterpieces imo. And I'm glad to say that viva la vida is almost on their level :)

I love Coldplay and Viva La Vida is probably my favorite album to come out this year.
