Don't remember if mentioned Damage Manual here. That's kind of little supergroup formed by rather famous blokes: Chris Connely of Revolting Cocks, Geordie Walker of Killing Joke, Martin Atkins of Pigface/Ministry/Killing Joke and Jah Wobble known from ol' Public Image Ltd or basslines he did for The Orb's U.F. ORB. So it's kind of industrial rock tinged dub. Or dubby tinged industrial rock - expect dirty guitar work over massive basslines. I think they have rather original sound.

And here's video for "Sunset gun"

What I'm going to recommend (again? Probably):

Between the Buried And Me

Just because they rock :D

Diverse, heavy, melodic, technical... amazing :D

Here's a song of their previous album, Alaska:

And some excerpts of the latest, Colors:

You know you love it! :D

PS: They're touring the UK in Febuary, with DEP. Lucky bastards.

Some "epic"/fantasy/medieval metal bands that I really like :

ENSIFERUM - Their debut self-titled album, Iron
WINTERSUN - Self titled
Bal Sagoth - Battle Magic, A Power Cosmic

Not everyone likes fantasy/medieval type storytelling in their lyrics. But if you do, you're in for a treat !

That is one of my all-time favourite records :D Not as medieval/fantasy as the other two but a hell of a lot more epic.
