I've not shared my drawings in here, I think. So...here are a few. I use Prismacolor pencils.
Sorry for the not-so-great picture quality.

This first one is in plain pencil, different lead weights. It was for a college project, where we had to draw a room in 3rd perspective, then flip it upside down above and mirror it in 2nd perspective.

This one was just because.

This one was an experiment of mine. I'm a big fan of Graeme Base. He's an author and illustrator of childrens' books, and one of them is The Sign of the Seahorse. I wanted to see how close to the original I could get, but unfortunately, I chose the wrong type of paper (thin and not acid-free), so I never finished the background. But I'm still proud of it. :)

Anyways, that's one of my hobbies. A hobby I've been neglecting actually.

Anyway...Steph! Wow!!! That first image is incredible, definitely my favourite. I think I had maybe seen the other 2 before, but I am blown away by this first one.

Like MC Escher but not as claustrophobic, yet just as precise. That is an amazingly beautiful image you have created there. I want it!

Inspirational stuff.

Ahh, skrimp, you got my "drarings" thing! 8)

Thanks for the kind words, guys. But, they're nothing compared to Mango's works. :) It's just something I really used to enjoy doing.

So 'Drarings' isn't a typo? Hmm....must be some transcontinentalism that escapes me.

And, you are too kind, but you are also wrong. Your drawings are something indeed, something beautiful, compared to mine or anything at all.

The class was Drawing 1. It was a lesson in shading, using different lead weights, 2 different perspectives, light and shadows. The room of furniture was left up to our imagination. It was fun, but difficult at first to wrap my mind around how I was going to flip it all upside down and everything.

But thanks again everyone for the kind words. :D
