Well, it could very well be that the pedal itself is broken. The FAB effects arnt the most sturdy pedals around.

If you cant find any way to fix it, just get another. Theyre just $10, right?

it could be shoddy wiring, i agree with ghaleon0075 theyre not a very good pedal so if i were you i wouldnt waste money getting it repaired, just buy a new one i guess

I'd probably buy a new one too, but I'll be damned if I wouldn't try to get some cool sounds out of that first.
