Thats when I woke up with a huge grin on my face, I enjoyed that dream :)

i imagine it was pretty much the same face that your display picture has

Also in a lot of my dreams the front walls of houses are missing, so I can see the rooms and people like in a doll house.

Here's last night's offering.

I was on a double-decker bus in a wide street in what looked like a 1960s built part of Clydebank or Glasgow. For some reason there were 3 people on the bus I knew were werewolf type creatures who were after me. I think they may have been hangovers from a dream earlier in the night because I had memories of big teeth and blood and nasty events.

So I'm hunkered down in my seat keeping a low profile. This is one of those points where the dreams focus in on close-up details like the dull silver shine of the metal handrails and the pattern and texture on the velour material on the seats.

The bus pulls up at a stop just before a broad T-junction and the driver asks me for a favour. He gives me 3 wrapped bunches of yellow flowers and asks me to take them up to his flat on the top floor of the tenement type building outside and put them in water for him. (wolves seem to have evaporated by now). I get off the bus and the bunches of flowers multiply to 5 or 6 which I struggle to hold. I go up some stairs and into the building. I start up the internal stairs and constantly worry about how I'm going to get in, I think I need some sort of code number. I meet the driver again on a landing and he gives me a key and tells me not to worry so much and that everything will be fine.

Then I'm back standing at the front of the bus again as it approaches the junction once more. I'm looking out the front window at some shops on the other side of the crossing and worrying about a friend who is serving behind the counter in a bakery. The reason I'm worrying is because a siren has gone off and we all somehow realise the whole area is about to be nuked.

I become preoccupied with thoughts of how to get away or try to hide and keep safe somehow, but then relax and feel, "oh, what's the point?" and head for a cold, grey gravel beach to sit and wait for the explosion to kill me. For a minute I am feeling at peace, watching the cloudy sky and horizon. Then I decide I don't want my dead body lying on a cold smelly beach being picked at by seagulls and crabs amongst the seaweed and that I should go somewhere else instead.

At this point I jump up, awake with a sudden fright just before 3 a.m. I was very cold and my left arm was really numb. :)

okay
i feel embarassed.

I had my first Devin-related dream

It included a backstage visit, a chick trying to make out with me (gratefully, i keep my fidelity even in my dreams, so i didn't do anything :P), a black woman who was dev's keyboardist who could actually do pretty good guitar-inspied solos on a keytar and a ton of cool music i made up in my head that i'll never hear again

Yanko there's nothing to be ashamed of in being normal. I on the other hand have seen about 30-40 Devin related dreams. Every time I wake after one of those I'm more afraid that one day...one day I'll find myself hiding in the bushes next to Devin's house

you see? you see?

we're all sick.

Craziest shit i noticed when i was writing the post is that in the end, Devin was kinda taking account of some stuff, and it looked exactly like the final scene in the original version of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory

Really, if i were Devin, i'd be totally freaked out to read shit like this

I once dreamt I win the lottery... 'Was kinda deceived when I woke up.

Another one, a nightmare (well, sort of) that I had recently :

I start to hear screeching sounds behind the wall, something made its way under the roof (I live in a house), I realise those are birds, they probably want to feed on me like in the Hitchcok's movie.
I can see their beak breaking through the wall, they'll soon be in the room !
Well the scene changes. The birds have obviously broken in, but they're not so evil, those are chickens, some sort of fantasy chickens, they're white with a few fluorescent yellow stripes and some bigger feather around the head, but as stupid as a real chicken.
Scene change again, one of those fantasy chicken is staring at the cooking plate (cuz' we recently bought a new one), but the stupid thing is too close, so its head catches on fire, and suddenly I realise the chicken will explose ! I start to run out of the kitchen, and one blast later, I'm waking up with in sweat with my heart beating at 200km/h... stupid dream...

I was in bed, but for some reason my other half was getting into a sleeping bag. Inside he found the small rotting corpse of a shrew. He pulled this out by the tail and joked that he was going to throw it at me.

Then he did! And it landed by my neck just below my ear... I could feel the fur tickling. I was suitably appalled, outraged, and generally freaked out causing me to wake suddenly... with my hair tickling my neck.

I dreamed that I woke up in bed from my alarm-clock-radio, and that there was a bulletin on the news that there had been several terrorist attacks in The Netherlands that night. Then I realized I'm only dreaming and woke myself up (pretty cool to be able to do that when you have a bad dream ;)).

But then, when I woke up, I heard fire trucks, police cars and ambulances passing at high speeds with sirens and all. I can't deny that I was mildly freaked out at that time :?

Guess someone just wrapped their car around a tree or something. Phew.

Well at least I predicted that right. Ford Transit people carrier against a tree. 2 out of 5 passengers dead. :(

Still, beats the crap out of terrorist attacks

Welll biert, nice way to dampen the spirits here:p

Anyway. I just had a very long and in depth dream that there were zombies.. and I was somehow a rational and coherent zombie, and so there had become 'good' zombies and 'bad' zombies.. and then right before the end of the dream there were flying zombies that were like naga and they were a little too crazy.

Yanko wrote:i wrote this tale once, based on a dream i had. Basically i just typed down the "first person perspective" of it in a more textual manner. But i also decided to keep the overall confuse feeling of shit happening and making no sense that you have on a dream. If you can read and picture it visually, you'll know what i mean. All the misdirections and confronting statements are there on purpose.

It's huge, feel free not to read.
Woah.
