Where is this dvd/video from? I've never even heard of it.

Its a relatively old video which was released with a japanese (or was it chinese? I can't remember ) guitar magazine.

In it Devin explains the Open C tuning and gives examples of how to use it.

Its somewhat of a collectors item now, extremely rare. I refer to it as the "Grail" now

I would love to get my hands on an original.

the Dev tuning is so nice, i mean its a sus2 chord which is always gonna grab yer heart in that right spot. i've done the tuning GCGCGCE with my 7 string to play with new strappers n Ziltoid but my standerd tuning is AEADF#BE for me its the best tuning for ultimate metal shredd!
