eBay will accept PayPal which does not require a credit card. In most countries, you can use normal bank transfers to 'upload' money, just takes a couple of days but works perfectly.

PayPal should put that in big fat bold writing on their home page, not a lot of people know that.

Or, you can always email Tracy about it, I'm sure she'll help you out one way or another.

I won't get a PayPal account after so many horror stories. Amazon is just fine for me
