So, who will be at Wacken? I definitely would like to meet as many Devy family members as possible. Gozu, no excuses this time...you will have to stop by at the Metal Market!!! I'll be in there from 10 am to 8 pm each day, or something like that...except when Napalm Death are playing....so you can all visit me there and buy lots of stuff from me of course And after 8 pm I'll be able to watch gigs...yay.

I'm planning to see Napalm Death, Enslaved, Belphegor, Dimmu Borgir, SAMAEL (!!!) and Immortal. That may be about all I have time for.

I'm hoping to go next year, but this year has to be best...purely for Blind Guardian, Grave Digger, Sodom, Immortal, Type O Negative, Therion and my mates in Black Majesty. I hope they make a DVD of it, last one they made was 2004 wasn't it?

I'll be there... I hate almost every band playing there, but I'm getting dragged along by some friends. And oh yeah, I'm the one with the car...

then again I'd like to see Dev play at a cooler fest in OZ like splendour in the grass

Too many metalbands for me

i heard it's all about the atmosphere. nice international people everywhere + the most "festival" lifestyle. i even heard of hip hop fans having been brought there by friends and still enjoying the memories. must be quite a magic thing. if it isn't sold out yet, i might give it a try this year.
it's a great opportunity to meet everyone and - first of all - see goat fulfill his duty :D:D

I'm not a huge fan of festivals because I find after 3-4 bands it all just becomes a blur =|
