Yeah, except for the fact that most people aren't hunted by dozens of cameras. And when does the usual attention even increase? Ah yes, when "our" dear celebreties are apparently going through rough times and there is a higher chance of capturing them at their low-points on the front-page.

Why does it happen? Because it's lots of peoples' jobs, they can make a living from it. It really sickens me when I think of how large the industry feeding from the spotlight on famous people is - because it shows how big the necessary demand for such stories is, because it shows how many of us want to see those things. Entertainment, folks.
