'I' and 'Chaosphere' are the only ones I truely got in, and loved. I got bored of Catch 33 half way in though.

Catch 33 is best to me. By quite a distance.

"I" is good but it has slumps. Some of theoir best shit is in there though, like that fuckin insane ascending riff just past the halfway mark and the glorious doom outro from 17:00

Confusing title though :P

masterpiece, from wiki: Nowadays this term mostly refers to any work of art that is considered extraordinary. In a stronger sense, it can refer to what is considered an artist's best piece of work.

I dunno, since they aren't done yet, I suppose they haven't made their masterpiece yet.

You, biert, are your parents' masterpiece...and we love you for it.... :classic:

Yeah, in Hebrew or someting, right?

EDIT:

Found this in the Norwegian fan club I'm in:

"Meshuggah is the feminine form of the word "crazy" in singular form, in medical terms (namely insane, not wacked)"

I... think that translation's about right :P

Oh, and the language was Jiddisch I think. Correct me/us if wrong.

I'm using the "weaker sense", referring to "any work of art that is considered extraordinary" ;)
Also, I just know that Meshuggah could never make anything better than me- "I".

Besides, the fact that they aren't done yet, doesn't mean they haven't made their masterpiece yet. An artists first work could turn out to be the masterpiece.

In Dutch there's a word "mesjogge" (sounds quite similar to Meshuggah) that means crazy.

PS: I have a brother and sister that are much more perfect than I am ;)

I think that's right. In like grade 10 I had to read this short story about this lesbian and she spoke that language and that's where I learned what Meshuggah meant... before I even heard the band :)
