If you wanna talk about optical illusions; there is a hill in my town known as Magnetic Hill. If you drive to the bottom and put your car in neutral, your car will actually roll UP THE HILL. My wife and I tried this years ago, and by God it worked. Likewise, water also appears to flow uphill.
The hill itself is an optical illusion caused by the lack of horizon and the direction of the surrounding trees, apparently. Your senses tell your brain that the slope is definitely upwards, when it fact it is definintely downwards. An illusion is weird enough when you are looking at it on a computer screen, but infinitely more strange when you are walking or driving on it...

Correct, because there are two (known) places in Germany where you can watch this too. I was stunned when I expierienced that a few years ago.

Proof that what our senses perceive does not necessarily equate to 'reality'. Evidently our brains can easily be fooled...

haha we have one of those on the city my bro lives. For some reason it's called "The Peanut Slope". Go figure

There's one of those in Waterford in Ireland. Called "The Magic Road". So that's 5 in (known) existence!

Pics? The only thing you would recognize is a hill or a street. What you need is little homemade video. I can make one in the next week, which will leave you stunned!

Anyone got any other optical illusions? The only one I can do is to make lasagne disappear in front of your eyes.
I can make pussy scream, isn't that enough?!
