No chances at all. He hates metal nowadays, as per what he said. Though he did do that Head Control System thingy though. I highly doubt he'll do much with Arcturus though.

I think I read somewhere (on a new interview I think) that they won't be starting to write until late summer 2007, so I don't think the album will be out until sometime early 2008.

I actually enjoyed Monday Morning Apocalypse. Then again, I'm not very acquainted with their other albums.
