The pop always wins with the numbers.

Every song on the album is great in its own right, but "Noisy Pink Bubbles" is beyond awesome. The second half of it reminds me of a mix of Japanese rock a la Dir En Grey and Dream Theater.
There's Winston Churchill dressed in drag, he used to be a British flag, plastic bag, what a drag!

I suppose it does. But since I hate pop, that wouldn't be the reason in my case.

Dynamics definatly touched me the most

You know, synchestra has made infinity an interesting album to listen to again. Truth!

I'm a bit dissapointed with "Infinity"...
It's the last Devin's album I purchased, direct from the HevyDevy page (along with the demos, bootleg, Punky Brüster, Hummer, DevLab...) And this is maybe my least Dev's favourite, although I find it really good.
The first half of the album is great, but the second half has its flaws, like the werid Ants. I also don't like Colonial Boy and Unity very much... So my vote goes clearly to Bad Devil. I really like this Broadway feeling it has... One of the most original Devin's songs! Really brilliant.
The Crow (José Antonio).

You just need to listen to it more. This album needs 'the click' more than any. And Unity is a masterpiece...

Of course...
Like I said, this is the last Devin's solo album I purchased, having heard his entire discography. And I need more listenings to get the true essence of the album... But my impressions are not so great to this moment. I've heard the album maybe a dozen of times... And there are some songs under the usual Devin's level in my humble opinion. But maybe I will change my mind in a future. Only time will tell!
But don't get me wrong... Like I said, I think that "Infinity" is a very good album anyway. Maybe not excellent... But of course, worthy of the incredible Devin's career.
Best regards!
The Crow.
