I'm not impressed.

Today as supposed to be the European relese of Fear Factory's new album. Mainland Europe has theirs. UK stores haven't been supplied.

Roadrunner are supposed to be handling European distribution on this cd.

Hmph.

Can I see another's woe,
And not be in sorrow too?
Can I see another's grief,
And not seek for kind relief?

Checking out the new Exodus album, Shovel Headed Kill Machine. New vocalist Rob Dukes. I was a little worried what this would sound like with the new vocalist, but this is classic thrash in every way. The vocalist fits in perfectly and the band still kicking ass.

I think is going to be my last post here. 3 or 4 people die in a bombing in a country besides america and people care.

A Major Natural Disaster Effects America and is totally making the country an economic wasteland and no one even cares.

There are alot of things that I dont agree with in this country, but I have to deal with it. I dont make my opinions heard through protests and constant whining. I'll leave that to the foriegners.

My dad spent a big part of his youth in Vietnam and to this day people still seem to bitch about that. If anyone bashes those people for what they done, they can kiss my ass, because they dont know and they weren't there.

I think people care WB.
It may be that post-tsunami we are all a little complacent or weary regarding natural disasters, so don't think no-one is interested. A lot of the media's portrayal of the aftermath (especially in New Orleans) is focussing on the negative aspects of humanity - looting, mob mentality etc. and people here may be a little wary of weighing in with opinions on that; given that we've had so many run-ins regarding pro/anti-american sentiment here before.

I wouldn't feel particularly put out about it. 1000 people die in a stampede in Iraq and nobody has uttered a word here either. These are terrible times for people in many places upon the globe. I think personally the lesson I've gained from the tragedy of Katrina is just how close we are to slipping back to The Stone Age at any given minute. Be it tsunami, hurricane, nuclear weapon, coronal mass ejection or near-Earth asteroid.

We take a lot of our lives and our societies for granted. Events such as this show us just how wrong we can be.
