I'm pissed off at Relapse Records, because a few days ago, I ordered Nile - Annihilation of the Wicked collector's edition CD and Nile - Annihilation of the Wicked longsleeve shirt. Well, half my order arrived to me as it was supposed to. Instead of the shirt, however, I got sent the vinyl record. I was somewhat confused at first. I opened the box, and I saw it, and I thought, 'Wow, they sure folded that shirt in a wierd way, and made it shiny... and that's not the right front cover picture... and they made it look a lot like a... record. Ah, mother fucker.' But I couldn't be completely pissed, because I WAS wanting the record, too, and they sent me the most limited type that's available to the public (the blue/black one, which is ltd. to 200 -- there's a clear one too, which is 100, but that's not available to the public, for some reason). So in the end, I thought, 'I'm glad I have that record, but I ought to be wearing a Nile shirt right now, which was more expensive than the record in any case.' I emailed Relapse yesterday, and I still haven't heard anything back. I better get that damn shirt for free, or the record, or a blowjob, or something. If not, it'll be tough for me to ever order from them again, since that was my first time.

On another, better hand, I got Steve Vai - Alien Love Secrets, Symphony X - Live on the Edge of Forever, Behemoth - Zos Kia Cultus, and Immortal - Blizzard Beasts today, that last purchase completing my Immortal collection. Just now, I ordered the Nile - Amongst the Catacombs of Nephren-Ka CD, as well as the shirt of said album (neither from Relapse, mind you -- amazon.com and genxgear.com, respectively, both of which have proven trustworthy over extended use).

Also worth noting is that I played a Paul Reed Smith for the first time today, and oh my God was it the best guitar I've ever played. I'm definitely getting one as soon as I have the money. It played and sounded like a dream. After that, I got a couple sets of strings, gauges .10 - .52 and .11 - .54.

I'm tired of rambling now.
