Talk about whatever you want to here, but stay correct

Ugh. I suck at making decisions. Especially ones like this.

I'd really like to get a smartphone. My current phone is 3-4 years old and the buttons are starting to get really bad. Even software is starting to do whatever is likes from time to time, like sending texts before they're finished. Another problem is that it tends to turn itself off whenever it feels like it, though it has been doing that for about 1

^ And using Whatsapp/Facebook will save us both a fuckload of money vs. texting. My bill's already shot up and we don't use text that often at all.
It's a tricky one :/

If you have WiFi at home and at work/college/internship place/other places you often hang out/toilet you won't really need to change your subscription. My smartphone is still running on prepaid subscription business I used for my previous (dumb) phone, because I'm only using WiFi for internet, not 3G. I may change my mind eventually, but I can decide on that later. For now the only investment I made was the smartphone itself. I've found most contracts which lease phones are often more expensive than just buying the smartphone yourself and finding a separate subscription matching your needs, but unless you can find a payment plan for a smartphone you'll need to invest a lot of money in one go.

Or drop out and get a job, there is that. :P

My phone is three years old, and my contract is so cheap I just fix my phone whenever I break it...

You read my mind.
Also, inbox me your Whatsapp thingy please Pim, it may come in handy during October in case we need to plan/meet for beer/whatever since clink has wifi and I don't want to spend money on you calling/texting. :P

Oooh, now this looks like a great deal. It's cheap, has a big screen (I like big screens), the same display resolution as the One V, and a better camera than the One V (I like better cameras), all for just about half the price of a One V.
Thoughts?

Hmm, thinking about it after some sleep... Hidde I know it's a pain but I think you should leave it 'til after Xmas/Birthday as internship will then be over and I'll be staying with you (provided I can save up enough) and you'll have more time/money to play with. We've done fine with what we have been doing anyway, getting a sexyphone RITE NAO is coo' but non-essential <3

That's a steep price for a soon 2 years old phone. You're not gonna get Android 4 for that one :)
