Talk about other artists here (even though they all rip off Meshuggah)

Goddamn, I don't know what caused it, but ever since The Hunter leaked I cannot stop listening to Mastodon.

I've liked them for a while, but the only album I liked enough to listen to at least semi-frequently was CTS. Then the new album came out, I listened to them all in order, & now I can't stop. The songs are popping in my head constantly, especially Sleeping Giant, Blood & Thunder, and, as i said earlier in the thread, Curl Of the Burl.

They went from barely being on my radar to one of my favorites faster than any other band, except maybe Devy. I'd say they're near equal right now, & that's saying something.

Still listening to new Mastodon and some of their other stuff.

Pretty damn good, I love the direction Masvidal is taking the band. Traced In Air is one of my favorite albums of the 00's, I wonder if this will top it?

Holy shitting dicknipples, how have I not listened to this yet? Cynic is matched by very few others in the field of integrity and vision. And that artwork is... whatever it is, it's cool.

Cynic is creating ‘NEW TYPE METAL WORLD’ anytime. It's so cool!

I love that freakin' track! I'm looking forward to this EP.
That shit went right on my iPod.
