Too early, too early!
However I seem to have been on to something when I predicted Planet of the Apes (and Poltergeist) :]

But yeah... way to early. I only recently found out The Greys was my favorite Ziltoid track. :P

Planet of the Apes was one of my least favourites. :P Sumeria and Juular are probably my favourites, they've been in my head from time to time today.

LOVING Praise the lowered, it seems like the perfect song at the moment. Also digging stand, juular, planet of the apes, sumeria and mighty masturbator. As for ghost I'd say heart baby after seeing it at a live acoustic show. And that ghost tracking update vid has me so excited to hear perspective. Good shit dev!

I don't think this album works that way. I think it needs to remain whole.

Completely agreed. I can't imagine listening to a single song (except MAYBE Juular).

Stand, Deconstruction, and Poltergeist have to be the top 3 for me. I love the way I feel at the end of each song. Pandemic isn't quite holding up for me like I thought it would, but it's still a great song.

TMM COMPLETELY caught me by surprise! I got an XXL bag of M&M's and ate one for each time that song has thrown a curve ball at me. Currently, I owe myself 3 1/2 bags of M&M's.

With how diverse and progressive Deconstruction seems to be, I expect the clips barely scratch the surface of how we'll experience these songs. So as you say, it could only be a guess here, but Planet of the Apes, Juular, and Poltergeist are the ones I'm looking forward to the most.

As for Ghost, until I hear it, my only expectation for it is to be a mood (to be experienced as an album rather than individual tracks). I suppose this is how I see most of Devin's catalog--the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

On my first listen, Poltergeist was my favorite. Juular isn't bad, but not in the top 3 (My girlfriend's current favorite though). Planet of the Apes may be my current favorite, then Sumeria, Stand, Praise the Lowered, and Deconstruction are somewhere behind (they all went above Poltergeist after getting a few listens in--no idea what I'll think next week...or tomorrow). Only track I'm not fond of yet is Pandemic. Pretty close on my predictions though.

The track that appreciated the most for me after some listens was Stand.

EDIT: And now my favorite may very well be Stand...hardly liked that one on my first listen, and didn't expect to based on the preview.

Atm my favs of Decon are Praise the Lowered and the Mighty Masturbator. Praise the Lowered builds so much into such an epic symphonic sound and the Mighty Masturbator is just incredible :) Off Ghost its gotta be Kawaii and Fly, both amazing songs. Hope they are as good on record as they are live.

Right now I'm really loving the wind-down of Sumeria and then the transition into and build-up and explosion of TMM.
:guitar:

Other than that Juular and Poltergeist are my favs. But there's so much awesomeness all over the place on Decon.

From Ghost: Feather. And I think Fly will probably be a favorite too, but I have a feeling that will change. Can't wait to hear it!
