Eeeeeeee I'm game!

Hmmmm, I'd like to enter but I have artworks for an exhibition next year that I need to get cracking on and cover art for something else as well.

Here's the slipcase for the album, the macro shot was influenced by some shots someone on Twitter showed me, I forget the user name... But a great photographer named Brian Kibbons did the whole album, and Trav Smith did the layout. There were a whole lot of people who graciously made cover ideas and we're still working on the actual one. Thanks for all the inspiration guys!

Via Dev's Twitter...so is this the new ghost cover? ...as someone reply to this tweet and say that it looks like OSX wallpaper I'm not sure what to think about it...maybe it's to early for an opinion but i have to be honest and say that to me it looks like a random stock photography...not like a real concept behind the Ghost music that we heard from videos...
I really don't want to offend anyone with my opinion...so I apologize in advance...

after all we all expect to hear that masterpiece no matter whatever cover will be...at least I am...

That's only "paper" slipcase over the cd. Actual cover is till in progress I presume?

Gaz, that's the cover on the front of the package mate. Anything else, ie. inside, is irrelevant. I'm gutted for ya though dude, I'm sure it wasn't an easy call to make. ...and just maybe a hasty one too

Obviously that image speaks to Dev, and it represents to him what he feels for the music he has written and performed. If he is happy with it, then it is the perfect choice.

We will never know exactly what the music of 'Ghost' means to Dev, or how it makes him feel. I can think of several reasons why the new slipcase seems appropriate to me, but I am probably way off-base. I see a representation of Dev's spirituality (Nature) in the leaf and twigs, and the brightness of colour and drops of dew/rain give me a sense of clean and fresh. However, there is a synthetic feel as well, which makes it no so pure and simple.

That's the beauty of art. It is always open to interpretation, and it is never right or wrong, or good or bad. Art is simply a recorded representation of what the artist was feeling at that time and place.

This is the image that Dev thinks best represents 'Ghost.' It is what it is. Honestly, it is not what I was expecting, but it is eye-catching and beautiful, IMO.
