well that's something in its favour then. Perhaps they didn't have a wide-angle lens short enough to get Trent in.

I er...wasn't that disappointed about the lack of NIN. I guess they're marmitey.

No Skindred though! My heart was broken. Shame on you Channel 4. You have a terrible band like Taking Back Sunday being allowed airtime and leave a product of the country you are broadcasting in in the lurch. I reckon they're racist.

Awesome is the Netherlands on April Fools in the 20th Century.

April 1st, 2001 – Same-sex marriage becomes legal in the Netherlands, the first country to allow it.
April 1st, 2002 – The Netherlands legalizes euthanasia, becoming the first nation in the world to do so.

I can just picture loads of people going "HA! Good joke there, Dutchies! Hold on... WHAT!?" :D

That's pretty cool.

I'm so glad they're on Sumerian. That label is full of young bands that are incredibly talented (along with a few that are questionable). I'm also glad I pre-ordered the edition with 2 discs, the second being the whole album instrumental!

It's not ALL work and no play for Stoney in Iraq...

Hello, world, meet your first new 8 Iraqi weather officers... Image
http://www.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123197505 (I wasn't mentioned because I just shadowed this class. My training will be on the job at 2 of the officers' first base. I've spent the last couple of days setting up logistics for that, such as setting up equipment...)

Keeker can tell you of my internet connectivity woes, but the job's been a blast so far. I've even gotten a few Arabic phrases into this thick skull of mine.

Looks like you need to train them harder... Or get them more flattering outfits. :P

April fool's, much?

GP6 could be cool, they promised it would work on linux this time ...

Lol nope, it's the truth. I have the demo version on my computer right now. It's a lot more complicated than I thought it would be. I'm kind of hoping for "tab" support for the drums, I know the numbers for the old GP drum kits from using them so much, the demo doesn't have that. I think I'm going to wait for a cracked version rather than spend 60 dollars and subsequently spend days learning a new GP

Ok, sorry  Huh, there actually is a linux version of the trial out already, I'll have to check if it's any good. Unfortunately, the demo can't even open any of my old files, so it's not as useful as I hoped.
