I'm not.
The original looked way nicer. To be honest I wouldn't buy a 7-string I couldn't play sitting down.

Put it between your legs!

Yes, but I don't find that particularly comfortable - it's bad enough with a Rhoads. Playing the guitar is involved enough without the aesthetics of the instrument dictating the position you play it in. Besides, that between the legs position looks so pseudo-classical.
To be honest, much as I love Vs and whacky shapes for stage (haha, like I go on stage anymore), the strat-shape seems the most comfortable and practical for me for home/studio use.
I like the string through set up....and that's about it for me without hearing it. Never been a fan of V's, looks or playability and the headstock reminds me of some BC rich or something and I really don't like those.
But...I'm sure it's going to sound sick! the pickups look sweet, I didn't read all the specs, but I assume they're active and I bet the neck is amazing. Can't wait to hear it

That.
Other than that I'm not going to comment because I know squat about guitars. Mine is blue.

I don't quite care about what a guitar looks like, as long as it plays well and sounds good. I'd love to try this one sometime.
I hope the 28" scale isn't going to be a problem for restringing. On my 27" with the reverse headstock i can barely get the 7th string in, length being the issue

Really? Never thought of that as a problem. Hm. I guess the string thru wouldn't really make it better either...

A very amateur one. But I'd mainly consider myself a guitar player. One who doesn't really care about aesthetics.

Thats called rape.
^ Please do explain how that is similar to having non-consenting sex.

I was just joking there but in my case the shape and feel of the guitar matters alot. I want to play my guitar with love (Because i'm a nerd and i think the instrument itself is a important factor while playing and writing music), not just play on it because of what it is and for the sake of it.

Dude, your instrument is like your woman. You need to love it. You need to be in love with it. Obviously character counts for more than looks but if there's no attraction there in the first place...
For example who the fuck would play one of those Gibson reverse Vs?

molto wrongo
