I shall be picking cherries from the trees in my garden this afternoon and just generally enjoying the warm and pleasant weather.

Anybody, if ye ever go to the West of Ireland, go to the island of Inis Mór. Holy fuck.. its beauty is utterly breathtaking. Camping was a bit of a shit of an experience.. but.. when travelling around the island.. It was so worth it. Best holiday I've ever had..

Hard to say. We are currently in a state of being absolutely over-run by Eastern Europeans (Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Romanian, etc) and lots of people from Africa. We also get a bit of a Spanish invasion in the summer because they come here to learn English. There's a lot of animosity from some people towards immigrants.. A lot of them are decent, hard-workers, but some do just come and mooch of the state and get benefits before Irish nationals and that angers a lot of people. They're willingness to also work for a lot less than what Irish people will work for also gets under peoples skin. ("THEY TOOK OUR JOBS! kinda thing..)

The country is also in a state of falling apart, apparently. We're allegedly hurtling towards an economic recession, prices are high, unemployment is rising, cost of living is hurting people severely, banks are struggling, the government is all up in arms about everything..

I'd recommend waiting a few years. We all might like you better then, and the country might be in a decent state..

Well, we're nice too! This is where I live. I like it. We're just as green as Ireland, but with more trees (in this part of the country anyway.)
