Talk about other artists here (even though they all rip off Meshuggah)

I have no problem with it. The guy makes great music. It's not like I'm going to berate him because he's girlish. I wont berate Devin cause he's bald either!

The fact that it was a girl... Well I've had my suspicions for a while ;)

Suspicions that "IT" was a girl!? Did I just called an "it?" Did I understand that right?

I don't think you understood it right, that did not make any sense whatsoever.

Let me make it very clear to you:
You're a lesbian. And a blonde one, apparently.

Meaning between DsD and Biert, at least one of them likes girls.

At least one, at most 2.

It was a good show, but honestly live, PT is just Tool on anti-depressants.

Also a good drinking game to play when you go see PT live is to take a shot every time you see an Opeth or Dream Theater shirt.

   Sacrilege!! Tool wins big time, but they don't have 55-min. songs
I'm with you on that though, SO many Opeth shirts - a fanboy of one, a fanboy of the others (usually)

Apparently not Swerve. Sucks to be Islands, I thought he'd be into that sort of thing.

No, it really is just like Tool minus the sound. The set-up of everything, the screen with all the psychedelic and stop-motion shit in the background, it's very much like Tool live.

Also I know you're not really a fan girl, but I met some serious business fan girls at that show. It was weird. They said these things...

saw down for my second time the other night

wasn't feeling it too much cuz i got stood up by someone, had a cold (sick at each down concert), left home 7 hours later then planned and had to drive like a madman for 250 miles, the bassist is out, some bandmembers were sick, and when the band asked the audience for requests they started chanting "pantera" which was fucking disrespectful.

but

was good. i love down.

Yeah. The fans in that whole Opeth/PT scene can be pretty interesting. I remember hanging out with the security head at a venue while some awful Metalcore band was opening for Strapping. He took a drag on his cigarette and looked at me with this downtrodden, somber expression "Yeah man. Kids today... shit. This band whatweretheycalled uhh Opeth? Yeah. That sounds right. Opeth. I was standing back here talking to these guys. Normal looking kids. Then the sick bastards... they tell me they're groupies! WITH THEIR GIRLFRIENDS RIGHT FRICKIN THERE! THESE FUCKIN KIDS FUCKIN SWITCH HIT FOR OPETH!!!!!"
