Talk about other artists here (even though they all rip off Meshuggah)

Fucking loving Christeene right now, my buddies and I were taken to see her at the Edinburgh Fringe. Insane show (her dancers threw cabbages at the audience and everyone in the first few rows got wet) and actually good tunes. Like proper infected 90's club kids type stuff.

I have been very, very into The Offspring as of late. I saw them this past weekend at a local festival (along with Sublime with Rome, Bad Religion, Pennywise, etc) and they killed it. Normally when I'm having a rough time I gravitate toward more depressing, quiet music, but this time around I'm really craving happy, un-attached music. The Offspring and Cake have both been getting a lot of rotation. Digging it.

^I grew up listening to punk music, so all of whom you just mentioned laid the foundations for my musical interests. :D Now I'm thinking of songs that make me remember that old radio station, the late night Ska Punk Show. This one pops into my mind among many others:

This and Questing Upon the Poop Deck are my favorites from the bonus disk.
Though from the main album I'd say my highlights are Drink and Surf Squid Warfare (probably the funniest lyrics they've written).
