Talk about other artists here (even though they all rip off Meshuggah)

I was not there, but I would've loved to have been! You can still see the influence they've had, especially in indie music. You hear a lot of David's vocals in indie music today. Not to mention the great Bernie Worrell's work on Speaking in Tongues, which David states gave the band a new energy, showing that Bernie Worrell has had a MASSIVE borderline unsung influence on music.

but the Talking Heads are one of my favorite bands right now. Stop Making Sense is one of the best live videos ever!

Right now I'm listening to QOTSA-Better Living Through Chemistry.

How good is that song!? So catchy it's ridiculous.

Having a listen to Texture's Dualism for the first time right now. I'm hoping for fine things.

Yep I like it thus far too. :D

Their last album really took me a few listens to appreciate fully so I'm going to afford Dualism the same courtesy.

Amazing how similar the new singer is to the previous guy. He's really adapted to their style pretty smoothly. It's funny, I almost wonder if that's actually a good thing or not, but I may be just thinking too much too early.
