Wow. That shit is insane. That's the kind of stuff I'd write if I had an 8 string...but tinged with way more melody/passive-agressiveness/bipolar disorder.
Holy....Oceano and Danza 30 miles away July 26. Guess where I'll be....
I'll sell you mine...I'd love to hear that out of you, Dan. I kinda want an Agile 8 now. Kinda tired of schecter necks.
Hell is waiting outside beyond these walls. It won’t save your soul to panic at this point.

I thought you had an Ibanez for some reason. And, I actually could afford it...but I don't want to deplete my savings.
I don't blame you. I love the guitar but the neck annoys me because I'm used to thinner ibanez necks. I really don't know what I want to do with this guitar, if i really wasn't to keep it or sell it.

Dead Soul Tribe - A Garden Made of Stones on the "A Murder of Crows" album. Is good stuff. Odd time signatures here and there, tribal inspirations for how the beats are placed. Is naice.

Abigor - Time Is the Sulphur in the Veins of the Saint...
They're so awesome, their CD art is unreadable.

I have a few Abigor cds from the early-mid 90's. Fave was Verwustung/Invoke the Dark Age.
Ok, so...I'm in a black metal mood now.
NP: Abigor- Verwustung
I love the Count Grishnackh-isms of the vocals. Maybe next I'll move onto some Emperor or something.

Dev's Mevio Underground performance that I had the pleasure of being part of.
What a cool day that was.

Okay, Stewart.

Are there many Grishnackhian moments on that one?
Although I can imagine Kip Winger fantasising about doing a Euronymous on Lars.

I love that name! It's the same level of randomness as "strapping young lad". Also saw some clips of their guitarist on youtube - big black dude in hoodie with huge FUCK written on it. They look like a fun bunch.
Mixed feeling about the music, though. Some tracks from myspace sound like a generic djenty shouty stuff, but I found one that has glorious bit of melody hidden in giant ball of noise. I'm talking about part starting 1:40 here:

I don't know why, but I find noise merged with pretty melodies the best kind of music (that almost nobody makes).
Oooh...I kinda dig that. Wish the guy wouldn't scream so much, though. It gets to becoming white noise, which isn't good for keeping me interested.
Yes, that. Interesting song, yes.
