No, that's definitely Planet Smasher, 4:03 - 4:36.

That riff is basically the Ziltoid theme, which is why he is using a similar thing in Stand, I suppose.

Sher Soft re-emerged on Ki nearly two decades after it was initially done in those L.A. recordings in '92.. Nothing wrong with a bit of repetition if it's done right!
