When I saw Ziltoid I cheered! That was awesome, not what I expected but... How could that have been expected? I love the depth and meaning behind it, adds a new dimension to the song. Bravo!

Yes, and did you note the "religion logos" if I can name the cross etc. that way?
The girl that is keeping the leash is dressed in three different costumes too.
What could that mean? Is it connected with Deconstruction album concept (interpreting too much, also religious-related stuff) ?

The three sexy outfits obviously represents three very sexy lads in Dev's band: Dave, Beav and Ryan :D Or Gene, Byron and Jed for that matter. Now, imagine them in those dresses!
IT JUST MAKES SENSE, NAH?

Sorry... I don' do that reading-into-things-thing very well. :P
Here's a carrot:

And it's all set on a train, which rhymes with Spain, which is where Seville oranges come from, which are fruit, as are apples, which are often found in apple turnovers, which are triangle shaped, as are coathangers, which you use for hanging jackets too, AND DEV WEARS A JACKET ONSTAGE HOLY FUCCCCCCCCK!

There's more to this video than we thought D:

Superb!

Now all we gotta do is start taking bets (unless it's actually been announced, and i just haven't spotted it) on what the video from Ghost will be. I mean, there's gotta be one, right?

as many clichés with ambient music as you can shake a slightly foggy forest with mid distance stares at!

Hahaha...i actually meant what tune, but the logic dictates you're right.

But this is the Dev, so logic does not apply.

There were never any announced plans for a Ghost video, sorry kids.

Given that the other 3 albums have had a vid, seems strange (and sad, if true) that Ghost won't get one.

Ghost is decidedly of less of a budget. If it happens, expect an excerpt from the DVD gigs. This was all said long ago by the dude himself.

as to the interpretation of syl-era-Dev to current-dev arguing, i also like how the aggresive Dev is old... possibly combining the frustrations of getting old/learning to grow up and release his anger of the past. The angry old Dev in the video who is tied to sex or pornography is something he refuses to become.

anyway, the video is a bit repetitive, would've liked maybe something else thrown in there but otherwise i think it's great.
