Saw this on RYM; came here to confirm if it was real. Looks interesting. So this is the slipcase art... does that mean it is regarded as the album art? Or is that still under wraps?

Maybe it's too early but i must say that i was expecting something...different that this... But i presume that the cd art will follow the same style/concept, it will be logical to do that...IMO

I too expected a more desolate-looking artwork. Nevertheless, I can get used to this easily.

I'm a bit disappointed too... I think the concept is alright, but the implementation lacks a bit.

I like it. I thought it would be earthy, for some reason. But I did think it'd be grey. I actually pictured something a lot along the lines of the Jesu Sun Down/Sun Rise vinyl...

EDIT!: THE FAIL, SHE BURNS! This is why I usually save an image and upload it to imageshack or something before I put it on here... But I wasn't expecting that from a Metal Lyrics Database. That's the second time I've been let down by changing images on here, now that I think of it. The first one was worse though. All the pictures I posted in the Funny Pics thread or something like that turned into pictures of a girl vomiting on a guys cock.

The actual cover I meant was :



But I like the slipcase anyway. Hopefully the album art'll be cool too. Although I've not honestly liked them so far. I think the slipcase art has been nicer than the album covers on the two DTP releases so far. Time will tell!

But the Ghost artwork does look cool. Perhaps Dark Ghost will have the more etheral theme, if he releases them seperately.

This is EXACTLY how i have imagined the Ghost artwork will (must) be! It is a little bit darker but it's beautiful and have that artistic look and feel. This photo is telling you a STORY and that's the way is got to be with the cover.

I don't like it. I suppose it might look good alongside the others, but now with the three covers that we HAVE seen, Ki looks really out of place.

But I'm not overly fussed with the visuals. It's all about the music, right?
