The UK isn't exactly hard to travel across. If the only date was in Glasgow, and I still lived dahn saaaf, I'd make the trip. It's not like going from New York to San Francisco.
I once showed a satellite image of the UK covered in snow to an American friend, and pointed out that "the grey patches are cities". He was simply stunned that our cities are so close together..

It is pretty mad when you think about the distances that a lot of Americans are used to travelling on a regular basis.
I bet a lot of Americans that live in the big cities have a daily commute that's comparable to travelling from Dundee to Edinburgh and back on a daily basis.

I travelled to Portsmouth from Edinburgh to see the last SYL show, and I'd do that again. Glasgow is a bit closer mind you!
I drive ~300 miles a day for my work sometimes. I'd do quadruple that for pleasure.

If you averaged 50mph (bear in mind fuel stops) you would be driving 24hrs a day.

You're just like James (Love. We discovered we both knew him

) - he drives everywhere, often just for fun. It's sweet. Plus I get a free taxi service out of it.

Finland, oh yeahh! Hope it's at least House of Culture or possibly Cable Factory. Nosturi and Tavastia are wayyyy too small venues for Dev.

Yes, both are too small.
Kouvola eh? We'll have to car pool there. I am in Kuusankoski.
