So I got a set of vip passes for the show, when I did, ArtistArena sent me an Email stating that a week prior to the show, I would receive instructions on when to arrive and any other instructions pertaining to the event. I have not received said Email and there's only a handful of days until game time. I have tried Emailing them, calling them, left a message, (no return call), I have even tried contacting the venue itself with no luck getting anyone to pickup. If anyone on here has received the instructions for the VIP passes for this particular show, could you be so kind to PM me or post them here? I have to work that day and a coworker is willing to cover a portion of my day. I work in a small pawn shop and due to complications with a buyout of our biggest competition in the area, I cannot get the whole day off. Thanks in advance for any help.

So artist arena contacted me and apparently they still do not have the details for the VIP tickets for the Seattle show. If anyone has purchased tickets for that show, they say they will contact you today or tomorrow with details...

I too have been having this issue. My problem was that Artist Arena never sent me the confirmation email that stated that I ever bought the VIP package. I've been in contact with them 3 times now and they gave me the same info. Hopefully they can iron out all of the details real soon...I'm going to be driving all the way from Spokane.

Damn it. I had the same question as you guys, and was hoping to find the answer here. It's a long drive from Pocatello! Hopefully they will get it figured out.

So I got the Email from artist arena, what you gents need to do is printout your order confirmation Email(to the guy that never got his, I will post their phone number they gave me in my order confo), make sure person that ordered the vip is there with their I.D., and show up at 545. You will be approached to verify your info then taken away...

Yup...I finally got mine as well. However I never got a confirmation email to begin with. I know I didn't get one because I bought regular tickets for the next night in Portland and I do have that confirmation. So I'm printing up as much proof as possible. Haha.

I didn't get a confirmation email when I bought the tickets either, but I did get the info email they just sent out. Has anybody had success contacting these guys and wrestling a confirmation email away from them? The guy I'm emailing is asking for an order number, and I'm thinking, "oh, I'll just read that off of the email you guys never sent me."
