Severe problems with Ticketweb

Hi,

bought my Retinal Circus tickets over a year ago and now travelling to UK to see Retinal Circus show. The only problem is I haven't received the tickets via international mail from Ticketweb! I have called and emailed them several times but haven't received any clear answer of how and when I'm going to get my tickets.

Nevertheless, I have my purchase confirmation and summary which I can print out. If they fail to send me the tickets in time, where / how can I collect the tickets when I arrive in London?

For the promoter/production team I warmly recommend not to use Ticketweb's services anymore. This is not only terrible customer service but also pure cheating from their side, and if I'm not able to get to the show after investing several hundreds of euros to see it, hell is going to break loose...

hmmm good question indeed, hopefully someone can help you. Sorry you had a poor time with that company.

I don't think that many tickets have been dispatched yet, why don't you contact the venue and ask them what to do in case your tickets don't show?
