So I bought my VIP pass for the Oct. 18th show in Detroit, MI at Harpo's the day they went on sale.

However, a venue much more local to me in Grand Rapids, MI (The Intersection), JUST announced that they will be hosting Devin on Oct. 9th. I totally would have bought this on day one if I'd known about. Not mentioned on the tours page yet either...

Does anyone know who I can try to contact to maybe get my VIP pass transferred to the Oct. 9th show? Please tell me this is possible. Harpo's is such a shitty venue and 2 hours farther away AND on a Tuesday.

Well I found my email confirmation for the VIP ticket from Crowdsurge, and open a customer support request with them.

Wish me luck.

Yesssssssss. They replied that once the new tickets are available for purchase I can buy those, and then get a refund for my original order.


Here's to hoping they don't fuck me over and fail to refund my original so that I end up paying twice....
