I just wanted to know if Devin was planing to play in paris later this year, since the show was cancelled due to a fire accident at the venue L'Elysée Montmatre in paris ...

Yes, definitely. I was really looking forward to the show...

Unfortuantely, after looking for other options, we could not get another venue for Friday. There were 28 bands on the festival, and everything is booked. We tried though...

This year, surely. Apologies.

I hope the promoters are covered for something like this! I've seen more than enough losing a hell of a lot of money due to cancellations

What Dev didn't mention is that the band had gone to the venue to rehearse, but ended up spending a couple of hours of just lighting their farts on fire. Devin, who's dinner the previous night consisted of burritos and cabbage, put on a spectacular light show. Unfortunately, one 25 foot long ass-flame ignited Dave's beard, and in the process of his stop, drop, and roll maneuver, the flames spread to the venue itself.

Fear the blue flame, kids. Fear it.

Like for the Hellfest in 2010, I went only to see you Devin, maybe you can do a show at PARIS ALONE After the end of the your europeen tour!

This week end i'll be in Paris (show out but), I'll go to l'Elysee Montmartre and i'll drink a beer ! SAD! VERY SAD!,

I'm french and I live in south France!
My pals and I made the trip to Milano to see Dev's gig ans spend the week end!

We did hesitate between Paris and Milano... seems like we made the right choice!!

I would have been disapointed to miss that show! Last time I saw Devin it was on Terria tour in 2001! Ten Years!! aaawww

I hope the gig will be rescheduled rapidly and that a few other dates in France will be added (in south France I hope!!)
